Contact Me

Whether you’re curious about Microsoft 365, looking for a speaker with real-world lived mental health experience, or simply want to say hello – you’re in the right place.

Sometimes you just need a human on the other side of the screen.

I’m Mark (aka SharePointMark) – Modern Workplace Architect, Mental Health Advocate and long-time Microsoft geek with a rebuilt brain and a rebuilt perspective. If you’ve read any of my posts and thought, “I’d like to talk to this guy,” this is your space to do exactly that.

You’re not bothering me. You don’t need the “perfect” message. Just be yourself and tell me what you need.

If you’d like to talk about:

  • Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams or Power Platform

  • Education, non-profit or SME modernisation

  • Project ideas, workshops or guest content

  • Sounding-board conversations about strategy or architecture

then drop me a message with a bit of context, and I’ll let you know honestly if I’m the right person to help – and if not, I’ll try to point you in the right direction.

If you’re here because my mental health journey resonated with you – thank you for being here. You might want to:

  • Talk about my story or invite me to speak

  • Ask about Mental Health First Aid in the workplace

  • Explore ideas for content, campaigns or collaboration

  • Share your own experience with someone who “gets it”

I’m not a therapist and I can’t offer clinical advice, but I can listen, signpost and help keep the conversation going – with no judgement and no expectations.

Let’s start a conversation

Fill in the form below and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can. I read every message personally, and I’ll always respond with honesty – even if the answer is “I’m not the right fit, but here’s who might be.”

I usually reply within a few days. If your message is sensitive, I’ll always respond with care and respect.

Important note

I talk openly about mental health and I’m always willing to listen, but I’m not an emergency service or a clinical professional.

If you are in immediate distress or feel at risk, please contact your GP, NHS 111, or emergency services. In the UK, you can also call Samaritans free on 116 123 or visit the NHS mental health support pages for urgent help.
